Exclusive Trap Bar (Hex Bar) with Adjustable Grip Handles
The Adjustable Trap Bar has an exclusive, patented design to help users develop muscular shoulders, back, and legs. To adjust the position of the handle, simply squeeze the pin with springs and move it to any of the 3 slot positions. A hex bar ensures correct lifting form to keep a center of balance and reduce strain on the spine while lifting heavy weight. Add variety to any workout regimen and provide an alternative to traditional shrugs, squats, and deadlifts.
